ARUGULA - March through September - April through November

BROCCOLI - April through June - July through October

BUTTERNUT SQUASH - After the last frost (half May) - September through October
*when thensquash sounds hollow and the stem has furrows and looks dried out, the squash is ready to harvest (the stem must be cut 5 cm away from the squash otherwise the squash will rot)

CARROT - March through July - June through November
​
COURGETTE - April through June - July through October
​
CUCUMBER - May through June - July through September
​
PAPRIKA - March through April - When the paprikas are covered in the colour they should become and when they are easy pluck from the plant, they are ready to be harvested
​
RADISH - March through September - May through October
CHERRY/SNACK TOMATOES - Best to buy seedlings as the seeds need warm soil to germinate - When the tomato is fully covered in the colour it should be + when the tomato lets go easily
SNAP BEANS ISABEL - May through July - June through October

*If you want to make sure your plants survive and definitely give you food you can also build/buy a little greenhouse or you can buy organic plants at a nearby nursery
